….neglected little blog. I’ll come back to you when things settle down a little bit and I can catch my breath and be creative again!  I really do miss you!!!

Well, since I’ve shared so many free collage images, I thought it wouldn’t hurt to share a few more!  I actually found this flickr stream through Pinterest.  I LOVE Pinterest.  I have the app on my phone, and routinely run my battery down using it!

Free to Use Collage Sheets has 52 sets of really neat collage sheets that are exactly what the name says – FREE to use!

I love yellow, so I noticed this one right away.

Maps are always my favorite.

I love all the colors.

Some of the images in this stream are duplicates that I’ve seen in other places before, but there are some new ones, so it’s nice to have the page bookmarked for when you need something for a future project.  I have a file in my favorites list specifically for collage images.

Have you seen the movie, Life As We Know It?  As soon as I saw the house in that movie, I told my husband, that is my DREAM HOUSE!  Everything about it is perfect!  As soon as we finished watching it, I went straight to my laptop and googled to find that house.  Guess what???  It’s for sale!  Now I just have to come up with 1.7 million dollars!

Onto the kitchen

This is the real kitchen.  However, I think I like the movie kitchen better…

I love the white cabinetry and the windows so much better.    (I’ve mentioned this before, but my husband and I are in “talks” about painting ours white.)

Don’t get me wrong.  I could do some serious cooking and have some good times in the real kitchen.

I could also do some serious relaxing in this living room.

Notice the stone fireplace, the gorgeous wood floors, the ceiling and all the windows.  sigh….

And the sun porch…

This is where you would find me every morning, sipping on my Coca-Cola.  You might find me there in the evenings also, reading a good book.

But if I wanted a nice nap or to escape from the world for a minute…

I guess I need to start investing in large quantities of lottery tickets, because right now, my dream house might be just a little out of my budget.  But hey, you gotta believe to achieve, so I’m gonna keep on believing!

We’ve had a little chaos around here this week, but a little cutting and pasting always relaxes me.

So I stumbled across another Flickr stream tonight and had to share it of course.  It’s called Beauty of the Past, and if you like old photographs, you’ll really like this one.
